3rd floor exterior walls are being tipped up.

3rd floor paint is wrapping up and flooring is starting.

Half of the third floor is textured and ready for paint.

The first couple units are primed.

Drywall is taped and ready to start priming in the next couple minutes.

Glass Curtain Wall

The glass curtain wall is complete. 

Aluminum Storefronts

The aluminum storefront windows are nearly complete and we have begun installing the curtain wall.

2nd floor is half done for insulation. 

Drywall is starting on 3rd floor.

On one and a half units left to insulate on 3rd floor we will start drywalling tomorrow.
